Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within *14 days* of delivery.
- Items must be *unopened, factory-sealed*, in original condition with all packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number) required.
- Opened or used products are generally non-returnable due to the collectible nature of TCG items.

Refund Process
1. Contact support@sealedtcgjapanesebooster.com with your order number and reason.
2. Ship the return to: [Your Return Address in Japan].
3. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (minus original shipping costs unless the item is defective).

Exceptions
- Defective or inauthentic items: Full refund + return shipping covered.
- High-value orders may require additional verification.
